Vergenoegd Cottages, its owners and personnel will not be liable (or held responsible) for any damages, loss or injury that results from the use of facilities at Vergenoegd Cottages. Facilities used and entering the premises is at own risk.

Please note that Vergenoegd Cottages  are based in a wilderness area and as such visitors may experience close encounters with natural fauna such as field mice, spiders, birds, snakes, baboons and other small animals and insects. Again, we cannot be held liable for any loss or injury that result from such encounters nor can we guarantee that none of these very natural residents will not find their way into your cabins.
